Frances Sim-Higgins Artist

Frances studied art at the Quay School of Arts, Whanganui, majoring in painting. She graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. She now works from her studio Hen and Hound, painting and creating ceramics.

Her paintings are usually about the elements of the landscape, land, sky, water, and plants. She describes her work as non-figurative and impressionistic.
